Extention of takproto definitions under Apache or non-copyleft licence #306

Hi I've used the contents of the takproto folder, namely the protobuf definitions to extend to allow additional message features such as image passing etc. This is for inter agent comms. The repo is located here. Can I distribute this as LGPL or apache licence and what would I have to do to make that happen? I think that it is a good idea if you want things to network around ATAK to not restrict drivers and interfaces on other networked vehicles from needing to expose their source code. cheers Peter

It would be preferable to use an Apache licence for the message definitions. @ampledata do you think this is valid?
