Add attachments under helpful links or plan your move #385

The following attachments are needed for DoD customers to help prepare for their move.

Attachment K1: “It’s Your Move” Armed Forces Members (Military Members) https://www.ustranscom.mil/dtr/part-iv/dtr_part_iv_app_k_1.pdf

Attachment K2: “It’s Your Move” Department of Defense (DoD) Civilian Employees https://www.ustranscom.mil/dtr/part-iv/dtr_part_iv_app_k_2.pdf

Attachment K3: Shipping Your POV https://www.ustranscom.mil/dtr/part-iv/dtr_part_iv_app_k_3.pdf

Attachment K4: Storing Your POV https://www.ustranscom.mil/dtr/part-iv/dtr_part_iv_app_k_4.pdf

@robert078 PDFs are hostile to a good user experience on a website. The whole point of move.mil is to give service members the information they need to move without having to rely on PDFs.

Please create individual issues if you identify important information missing from move.mil, and where that information can be found in the DTR.
