Please update moving guide (Mobile Home)

In the picture with the mobile home delete just the word RV in the caption under the picture.

RVs are not authorized to be moved as a mobile home per the JTR

Valid--for developer action. After clicking the Mobile Home hyperlink on the subject page, please remove the letters "RV" from under the mobile home icon.

NOTE: RVs are considered POVs for the purposes of transportation per JTR Appendix A, definition of PRIVATELY OWNED VEHICLE (POV), paragraph B, page A-38 to A-39.

We should change the icon as well since we're removing the RV text because they don't fall under this category but we're currently using a graphic that looks like an RV. @lfantano, are there source files available for these icons?

Hello, @ivonne-gov . Yes, remove the "etc." from the text. Page cannot be displayed error--I can't see the fix. The link appears to be broken somewhere (or else it's a government computer tech issue...) IMO, it would look better as "Mobile Homes and Tiny Houses," because mobiles homes are not called tiny houses. How would that look from a design stance?

hey, @jillesmith1 just spoke with @pglevy and agrees with that as well. He pointed out that since we are using plural, just reflect that same change on the Mobile Homes hyperlink that is above the table. So, I'll go ahead and make the pull request with this change, let me know if you want to use a new icon as part of this issue or we can open a new issue for that change (I know a new icon can take more time to have ready, if we are using a new icon)
