Mr. Thomas at HQ Army requested that the following be attached to their service specific information page:

Service Specific Guidance-

Army TAB as a link on the right hand side

Army Customer Service (Exceptions to Policy, General Info)

Contact your local personal property office for assistance

The PNG is the requested location by HQ Army and the PPT is the information they want posted.

What specific information from this PowerPoint presentation does HQ Army say is missing from the site?

We will not post PowerPoint documents as sources of information; this is a website, not a SharePoint drive. PPT files do not work for many of the users that move.mil serves, especially those using a computer, tablet, or smartphone that does not have PowerPoint installed.
