The +jobs/new or +myjobs in the JGO @ACONNECT should be controlled by a 
configuration setting.  &JOBS_NOLOGIN me=1 should disable this message (leave 
it on by default).

The login spam for non-jobs users has always annoyed me, particularly when they 
don't have any +myjobs so all they get is a useless blank header.
