Include dbref for +typo #139

Since many +typo reports have to do with room/object descriptions, it is a 
timesaver for staff if the dbref is included in the job.  

On my game I've hacked +typo to include the dbref in the job subject line (Typo 
Reported at #1234).  No reason not to stick that in the main system, don't 
think.
