What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. +event/create

What is the expected output?
A typical +job creation parented to the EVENTS bucket with standard notification

What do you see instead?
+event/create Easter Eggs=Testing the +Events system
You have created job number #55 entitled 'Testing the +Events system'.
JOBS: #-1 TOO FAR AWAY TO SEE has been created by Camber in : Easter Eggs

What version of the product are you using? On what MU* Server?

Please provide any additional information below.
Yeah, I found 2 dbrefs in cmd_event/add and in cmd_tp/event_approval that 
obviously did not reference our +jobs system. Apparently, there's also 
something buggy in cmd_event/create as well. I see I need to patchup...might 
fix it. Will advise.

Unfortunately, whatever +event system you're using isn't standard Jobs code.  
Happy to help you try to debug whatever parts of it hook into the jobs system; 
it would help if you could post your +event command here.
