PennMUSH tiny compatibility options break some jobs functions #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. @config/set tiny_math=yes
2. @config/set tiny_booleans=yes
3. +jobs

What is the expected output?
Normal jobs listing

What do you see instead?
With tiny_booleans set, some (all?) jobs aren't shown.
With tiny_math set, the new job indicator doesn't display

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
These are initial symptoms. The problem is probably further reaching than this.

Haven't had time to delve into this yet. Not worth holding up 6.6 over.
