Steps to 6.0 release #94

I think we've got a pretty good product in the 6.0 branch.  I'd like to
move it into trunk and start the process of a 6.0 release, just skipping a
5.2 release.  (Those who have done 5.1 to 5.2 using svn source files will
still be able to use the 5.1 to 6.0 patchfile.)

Done so far:
- Full install and testing of commands on stock PennMUSH and stock MUX 2.6.
- Full install on operating games in PennMUSH and MUX 2.7, with continued
tests through normal usage

Need before release:
- Install/test full version on MUX 2.4
- Install/test full version on TinyMUSH 3.1 
- Install/test full version on Rhost
- Create 5.1 to 6.0 patchfile
- Test 5.1 to 6.0 patchfile on MUX and TinyMUSH
- Test 5.1 to 6.0 patchfile on Penn 5.1 (Jav's port) and Penn 5.2 (svn branch) 
- Zip up release candidates and offer in files section

I'm down with that. I've been testing on MUX 2.4, and everything seems pretty 
solid.

I can do a full and patch MUX 2.4 test install on my sandbox this Friday.

Rhost test complete.  All bugs fixed and changes re-tested on Penn and MUX.

Finished TM3 bugfixes and thorough test of all commands, then retested on stock
versions of all servers.

Fully tested r284 on:

TinyMUSH version 3.1 patchlevel 6 #1 [01/12/2009]
RhostMUSH Alpha version 3.9.1RL(A) patchlevel 2 #1 (see note)
PennMUSH version 1.8.3 patchlevel 12 [02/07/2010]
MUX 2.6.5.30 #4 [2009-JAN-26]

I have also installed it on an operating PennMUSH 1.8.3p12, and operating MUX
2.7.4.30 #1 [2009-DEC-04] where it is subject to daily use & abuse.

(note: elist() bug in tested Rhost version affects display; fixed in later 
versions)

Pending 2.4 test, I think it's about time to call it a release candidate.

I've yet to be able to test on 2.4 - school has kicked me in the butt these 
past two
weeks. Thankfully, I've got some time coming to me this weekend.

Targeting release for March 1.
