Please merge an addition to the documentation I made. I noticed that I was prompted to have axe-core installed first if I didn't have it installed already.

aXe is actually already being installed, the prompt is coming from axe-webdriverjs. So a fix should probably be added there.

Since axe is installed as a dependency already with axe-cli, I'm going to close this PR. But let's work together on a fix for axe-webdriverjs!
