Windows Webdriver unknown error #97

Trying to run a webpage with axe gives me a Webdriver unknown error on Windows.

Attached please find the error. Screen Shot 2019-05-23 at 3 07 15 PM Above is using a python package that runa the axe command with other selections

Well, I reinstalled chromedriver: npm install -g chromedriver and it looks like it's working.... Weird!!!
