More Info link opening in devtools panel instead of new window

With this commit, for some reason More Info links are opening in the devtools console instead of in a new window. https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-firefox-devtools/commit/e290c5c8a70fd16c5ec897cb9f4c901779936a43

We should fix this so links open in new windows, since there is currently no way to get back to the audit without restarting the extension.

Reopening this until we issue a new release. This bug still exists in the last publicly available release

A new extension has been submitted to Mozilla (2.0.2), so I'm going to close this issue.
