Installed purple-facebook but not visible in Pidgin. #462

Pidgin 2.13.0 (libpurple 2.13.0) Installed purple-facebook package for Debian Stretch 9.9 and I do not see it when I open Pidgin and try to configure the account. What could be wrong? What more info I need to provide in order to get some help?

I just installed it as well, the documentation does not address this problem.

I can confirm the issue on Debian Stretch 9,9 as well. It does appear in /usr/lib/purple-2 with the .la and .so files, yet not as option in Pidgin.
