Render names for named natural polygons #266

The default OSM map OSM-Carto currently renders names for wetland, wood and other natural=* polygons. Names in nature is important for navigation outdoor, as well as sizing text labels appropriately according to polygon size. As Opentopomap is sort of the leading OSM-map for nature I would be great to see these names rendered also here.

If you want a test area, here's Muddus National Park in Sweden which I recently mapped, it contains both named wetlands and wood polygons: https://opentopomap.org/#map=11/66.8650/20.2814
