Paris invisible on zoom levels 6 to 10 #286

The Label "Paris" (France) is not displayed at all on OpenTopoMap zoom levels 6 to 10, while it is visible in these (and more) zoom levels on OpenStreetMap maps.
Not sure whether there is a connection to #239.
