Feature request: Readonly states / add writeable states #12

Hi!

Thanks for your work. Looks great out of the box!

It would be great if you could create the states read-only and maybe even add states which are indeed writeable:

227./Hub4/L1/AcPowerSetpoint (manual setpoint for ESS mode 3) 100./Settings/Cgwacs/Hub4Mode (1/2: normal ESS mode, 3: manual mode, see above) 227._/Mode (operating mode for Multiplus: 1=Charger Only;2=Inverter Only;3=On;4=Off)

This would greatly improve the possibilities for using the adapter in custom scenarios.
