Proxies started in #172

Full testing blocked by port system #173

Finishing lamps is also blocked by #176 while most lamps are just emission indicators (that proxy is in place) wheel slip and temp are MU aware and therefore have special controllers for MU

Proxies & port system should be good, TODO is now the port readers and controllers for the lamps. I have a few components related to this and #161 that I can publish the branch for, pending changes in #185
