Adds an editor settings SO, with easy access provided.

Allows turning off port ID codes.
Allows adding more IDs to the selectors.

Adds selectors through attributes to string fields.

Includes a generic version and premade versions for cargo and license IDs.
Optionally allows custom values in the corresponding string field.
- When custom values are not allowed, the extra IDs from the settings are also ignored.

Adds an option to hide coupler hook plates (but not the coupler, in case the car already has the plates modelled in).
