I love k9s and use it daily. Thank you for your efforts.
I am testing different Linux distros all the time and with ubuntu budgie, the software center is extended with snapcraft store. I saw k9s there and also saw the version was very old.
You don't have a snap installation method on your docs, so I guess snapcraft is not maintained. I would suggest you remove k9s from snapcraft regarding bad influence.
