build: push to DockerHub and GHCR #8

Automatically build and push multi-arch docker images to DockerHub and GHCR. Currently the following platforms are supported:

linux/amd64
linux/arm64
linux/armv7
linux/armv6
linux/386

Images can be found at:

thanks! i don't use github actions or dockerhub -- are you just upstreaming this to make it easier for you to publish your builds?

Yes, I just use GitHub actions to publish images to DockerHub and pull the image on my own server. If you don't use DockerHub or GHCR, I'll close the PR.
