feat: improve core logging and catching errors #28
This is preparation work for v1 release. Before bigger changes in the code are provided
refactored a bit index.js code to more all the noisy core.info to related helpers to get a cleaner code. Also added proper comments that make clear what the flow is
wrapped repo-related operations into try/catch so a failure in one repo doesn't stop updating of the rest
I also double-checked if defaultBranch related code as any issues but with this PR all seems to be good to me, at least in my test organization
