remove derby-parsing from bundle, add external templates serializing-tool with live-reloading example #3

The size of derby-standalone is 160kb now instead of 213kb with derby-parsing.

I think its good to have derby-parsing available in the default version so that we can easily include it in live examples. maybe we can have this change as a separate version? if someone is willing to run a build step, they should be fine linking to a smaller version of the file.
