No way to add misssing medication #481

v1.8.2

Bug Description

When you add a measurement there is no way to re-add a forgotten medicine entry.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add measurement
  2. Add Medication
  3. Open edit dialog on the added measurement
    • See no medicine selection

Looks like I may have done this on purpose https://github.com/derdilla/blood-pressure-monitor-fl/commit/af423afbeef7e3813c90fe5ad2b3eee75388210c . Pausing this until I know why this was there or am sure there will be no negative consequences to removing that check.
