I dont understand the Read me #2

I try to migrate my Iob system to HA, but i need to get my S7 running on HA. but i dont understand what to do

This is far from done... Basically, the S7 is programmed to have the state of lamps as bits in the register DB10. Then you set the address (byte and bit number) for each lamp in the config. Setting the state is not implemented yet.
