EPA using NFLgame for NFLdb #100

Hi anyone here know how to get EPA by play for NFL game (running through NFLdb)?

Currently not looking to house ANY nfldb related issues. There are several demonstrations of using this code w/ legacy nfldb code throughout the project network.

That being said, depending on several factors I will be bringing nfldb into my conrol.
