Update docs #118

There are two places with documentation;

The wiki
The docs (inline-> generated w/ pdoc)

[ ] Cleanse / replace any references to the old code links or outdated resources
[ ] Change to reflect new scheduling
[ ] Remove any python 2 references / update them with python 3

Eventually i will be removing the complex installation tips and urging people to use Docker (have yet to publish a Dockerfile but I have one in the works for nfldb)
