Per inquiry in #73. Need to test on Android and confirm support. If support is confirmed, will add this to the README documentation.

I have developed an Android app based on SocketCANSharp (.Net MAUI)

On an industrial computer with rockchip 3588 and OS Android 12, it runs very well! CAN communication data is received and sent normally.
