Database viewer that displays real-time updates #1

We need to make a database viewer that will display real-time updates to the TierView as they happen (within a second or so)

Good news: the "My Tickets" view now only updates when the "Take" button is clicked (and not on a clock- getting rid of annoying scroll-snapping)

Bad news: currently, the table for "My Tickets" won't show until a "Take" button is clicked
