• bada (and variants)
• pca
• mca

i.e.,

• vectorize by people
• 3d data stacking
• vectorize by task

The current output of individual preprocessing is a list of subjects dataMatrixpreproc original data matrix run design data design preprocessed data

  • returns name lists
  • reorders rows to allow for data inspection
