VTBS water channel over taxiway

• Description: Near both runway of VTBS, the water channel which should be under the taxiway is over the taxiway.
• 2nd pic shows default scenery with ditch properly under the taxiway:
• Version: (If applicable) 1.0.3
• Platform: (If applicable) win11

AutoOrtho user suggests deleting a file for hotfix: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/296188-payware-scenery-with-ortho-overlaying-water-channels/#comment-2625773 However, As This app use it's own injection for the Custom Scenery, such adjustment by user could not easily be done.

I will try to update the base in future. You can open the zip file and do the same operate on the files. The base files are only zip files.

In the latest base packages you can start the app and see the vhd files folder are created, inside it you can manually path the files.
