Problems with accents in Spanish

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Spanish, send any accented word  or with the letter "ñ" (i.e.
"Camión", "Belén", "Cañón").
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It says some funny thing, sometimes it spells the letter instead of
pronouncing it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4 TTS library for android 1.5

Please provide any additional information below.

Same problem with Hungarian language.
With the following accented characters áéíóööőúüű ÁÉÍÓÖŐÚÜŰ 
when it is in the world, like in sudár it thinks, the á  caracter is not the 
part of
the world. it says "sud" then "á" then spells "r" 
TTS version 1.9 android 1.5 ( Htc-HERO)

Hello,
Same problem in french language.
All accents are not spelled.
TTS 2.0 on android 2.1

Tested against TTS 3.0 RC4 and Pico Engine on Android 2.2.
Could not reproduce.
