Help window does not reopen after minimised #1

To recreate:

  1. Type help
  2. minimise the help window
  3. type help again

the help window does not show up the 2nd time

Team's Response

This was the intended behavior by our team, whereby you are not able to open multiple tabs of the help window. To show the window again we have to click on the help window tab.

Reason for disagreement: This is not a matter of opening multiple tabs of the help window. If the help command is entered after a help window is minimized, it is expected that the same help window is brought back into view. And in this case, if the help window has been minimized, nothing pops up after entering the help command again. This is labeled as medium severity since minimizing a window is a common action, and it brings inconvenience to users who might end up confused as to why nothing happened.
