Update telemetry and telemetry_poller.

@derekkraan any chance this can be merged and a new release pushed to Hex?

Thanks for the PR. I'm not sure why telemetry_poller bumped its version like that, I'm actually a little annoyed by it, but alas here we are. v0.8.2 has been pushed to hex.
