Checkout flow: BILLING INFORMATION session - Ship to different address radio button #108

currently the "ship to different address" radio button is selected by default and can not be "deselect". Suggest to allow select and deselect, if select, then populate the billing address into the shipping address field. If deselect, then allow user to choose from shipping addresses in his/her account OR add new address

@chrisecargo per my email ( dated 30-June 10:46), below is the recap of the revised flow:

  1. when user click "Ship to different address", show the default shipping address in the drop-down menu + all the additional shipping addresses in the user's address book. And the last row in the drop-down menu is "Add a new address"
  2. when user select "Add a new address", clear all the data in the address fields and let him input a new address. The new address will also be added to his address book.
