What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Reboot the router
2. Look at the System Log - General Log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No "rtl8367 - set broadcast storm control rate as: 10240 kbps"
"rtl8367 - set broadcast storm control rate as: 10240 kbps" seen

10240 kbps translates to only about 11Mbps. This router is capable of 300 Mbps,
but I'm running only at 10 0Mbps.

Do you understand the meaning of "broadcast storm control"?

BTW, this value can be changed http://my.router/Advanced_IPTV_Content.asp
