PPTP VPN Server does not work with Android (JellyBean, Kitkat, Lollipop) built-in PPTP VPN client #1471

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on VPN Server
2. Set ANY protocol / auth / encryption
3. set up a client account
4. try to connect from Android built-in VPN client using mobile network or 
foreign wifi (not from the router containing the server).
5. fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected: 

1. connection successful
2. can connect to devices on router LAN

Instead:

1. Connection failed
2. Log (you can see several trials of all possible combinations):

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

-I have tried several versions on N14U since 3.0, currently 3.4.3.9-093

Could not attach the log: "Issue attachment storage quota exceeded" so pasted 
in inline above

Please advise or suggest a fix :)

Hi Dear Devs,

I have tried to follow these instructions 
https://code.google.com/p/rt-n56u/wiki/BuiltInVpnServer
when configuring, but did not help me.

Please, even if it is not a bug, could you instruct me how to resolve? Thanks
