Client List showing no connected clients #1487

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change IP's from Standard 192.168.x.x to 172.16.x.x, 10.x.x.x or another
Private IP range
2. Clients connect under new IP's, but don't show in list
3. List shows no users...even with all wifi connected.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
IP client list should show all connected clients

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.4.3.9-091

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!

Problem is pretty straight forward...RT-N56u doesn't show clients connected in
the Client List when you use alternate IP addresses other than the standard
192.168 range. Even though all clients are connected to the router.

Thank You. I was able to search online for Subnet /23 and ended up changing my
subnet mask under LAN to 255.255.254 and now it shows my client list with the
non-standard IP range(s).

Please see -095 build. Networkmap scanner now support passive scan any subnet
size, active scan is limited max to /24 subnet (253 hosts).
