Router fails to power up. No light at all.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.when power adapter is plugged into the wall but not the router its light is 
solid blue.
2.When the power adapter is plugged into the router the power adapters light 
goes to a vary faint flicker.
3.Nothing happen to the router its self

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Lights on the router proceed through start up sequence.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

RT-N66U H/W Ver 81

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
If you have connection problem, then syslog file is required. (please do
attach it as a file)
Note that if there will be a poor problem description the issue status will
be changed to 'Invalid'!
