Writing speed on usb storage extremely slow

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.plug any usb storage and share it via smb or sftp
2.try to copy any file on the storage via sftp or smb
3.PROFIT!!!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
copy speed extremally slow: for smb is ~3MB/s, for sftp ~1MB/s

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
RT-N14U 3.4.105 #1 Sun Dec 21 02:30:11 MSK 2014 mips GNU/Linux

Please describe the problem as detailed as it's possible.
Local write speed:
/opt/home/admin # dd if=/dev/zero of=/media/AiDisk_a1/1 count=20000
20000+0 records in
20000+0 records out
10240000 bytes (9.8MB) copied, 1.306183 seconds, 7.5MB/s
So it is not storage issue. When smb or sftp copying process active, cpu 
loading about 80-90%

N14U USB2 storage performance via Fast Ethernet ~11 MB/s (FTP/SMB).

SFTP is very hard for this CPU, ~2.8 MB/s.

I do not use wires, only wifi link. Tryed nfs, speed jump up to 8-11 MB/s and 
cpu load on 20-30%
So seems smb and wifi have bottle neck somewhere
