Can you add option to monitoring signal strength of 3G modem connected to usb ? 
Asus AC51U + Huawei E3131

USB modems RSSI indicator is not standardized, on RAS mode is one API (model 
depended), on QMI/NCM/MBIM - other API.

QMI API is the best, but only for QMI hardware.
