Encourage adding comments #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is a very small comment count for the post just above the post. Naive
users may not even realize that there is an option to add a comment.
I personally prefer having the entire form of Add Comments, if the page
contains only 1 post. If you dont wanna do this, then please at-least keep
a button down which will suggest adding a comment on the post.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
wordpress.com and not wordpress.org

Please provide any additional information below.
I love your theme.

Because you are using the theme through WordPress.com, any source updates 
shared here will not be 
immediately updated through your theme directory. WordPress will need to review 
any changes before updating 
the theme. In short, promoting comments can be done with CSS. I believe custom 
CSS access requires a premium 
membership.
