[feat] add dilation to mask

Thank you so much for your awesome project!!

I made new additions according to my needs(Still retain origin functions):

1. Add mask_kernel in getting mask (The default value is 0, and expansion is not performed)
2. Add White Masks (Using the white mask in stable diffusion inpainting)
