Speak the name of documents when switching. #10

When control+tab and control+shift+tab are pressed the name of the document being switched to is spoken. This might be helpful for other commands that switch between files, but there is probably a better way than hooking all the keystrokes. This way works and is helpful to me for now.

I found that my problem was a setting I had made in Notepad++. It does speak the document names out of the box. My apologies for never following up.
