Empty lootbag on mapchange areas #299

There is a way to creat an empty loot bag on all mapchange areas, that you 
cannot remove.

How to reproduce:
1. Make sure you have "Display monster loot" set to "Show loot dialog box".
2. Stand next to a mapchange area.
3. Change to the next map.
4. While standing on the tile that you got transported to, drop an item from 
inventory
5. Walk away from the loot bag
6. Step onto the loot bag again
7. The player will change maps, but also get the loot dialog box.
8. If you pick up all items from the bag, it won't dissapear.

This should be fixed so that either the lootbag is removed, or so that you do 
not get the loot dialog box when entering a mapchange area.
