docs aren't building <eom> #401

I tried to update the baba cookbook and it didn't update on rtfd. I went and looked at the build and there are a bunch of errors for a bunch of the ipynb cookbooks.

Something about rtfd settings must have changed and I had to go to https://readthedocs.org/projects/ipyrad/versions/ and 'activate' master, so now the docs rebuild automatically when the repo changes.
