Tests are failing because:

• Mime was removed in https://github.com/dereuromark/cakephp-tools/pull/282/commits/2d5288ff87629b44501c6485f79e5034c98e2232#diff-14924bd16e75cad32c91b7199e4af8672b9ee7c94fa8013572558f0ca6de8bbe and I have no idea if/how we should replace that
• I get a bunch of No set defined for icon collection, at least one is required. maybe due to Call to undefined function Tools\View\Icon\Collector\yaml_parse() because my PHP8.1 doesn't have the yml extension installed/enabled.
• Some other errors which I couldn't find easily
• I didn't touch stan yet
