When registering, I see this error which blocks registering new users:

Oh dear. Fixed, thanks!

(Background: Unfortunately, there are bots/humans opening account registrations for foreign mail addresses with the sole purpose of flooding the corresponding mailbox. They're mostly using TOR, so to avoid having a captcha I'm blocking registration for exit nodes at the moment – if the TOR IP list is available, that is)
