Create a new view for statistics on all data.

Current idea for stats is:

Overall:
- total # tasks / total tracked hours
- for current year: # tasks / tracked hours
- for last year: # tasks / tracked hours
Per category for current week (+switch weeks)
- total # tasks
- tracked hours
