Wrong concentration costs in simulation mode

Steps to reproduce:

• Enable simulation mode
• Enable specialization info
• Change the value of a specialization node that grants "Less Concentration Use"
• Calculated concentration cost doesn't change

It seems to always use the current (i.e. not overridden) value.
