dropbox URL changed #11

copy-public-url generates URLs of the following form:

http://dl-web.dropbox.com/u/29440342/screenshots/IEBFOU-Scr16eencast-2013.02.06-17.37.gif

I noticed that over the last few days, some of these URLs seem to not work. However, this is sporadic. I investigated by using the "Copy Public URL" dropbox menu option for the file in question, and it gave me this URL that actually worked:

Are they changing the URL structure? Will keep this issue open for the time being.
